Restoration Volunteer Event w/ Trout Unlimited at Jubilee Farm
Please join the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe’s Habitat Restoration Team and Trout Unlimited at Jubilee Farm on Saturday, June 20th from 10am to 1pm as we restore riparian habitat along this working farm field! We will be removing harmful non-native plants to continue improving floodplain forest habitat on the mainstem of the Snoqualmie River. RSVP form below!
As we kick off this new project, continued attention will help us keep this restoration effort on track. After clearing blackberry just earlier this year on a herbicide free site, continued removal of blackberry will make space for the upcoming planting at the end of 2026. Releasing the already present native plants from the pressure of non-native blackberry will help this site continue to grow into the future.

What to Bring
Tools, gloves, water and snacks will be provided. Personally favored tools are also welcome, as we have run out of tools in the past. Bring your own coffee mug and water bottle to reduce waste and keep your hot beverage hot!
Attire
Layers, rain gear, boots, and clothes you don’t mind getting muddy are recommended. Both rain and sun are common during our events, so be prepared for anything!
Parking will be available in the Jubilee Farms parking lot on the east side of W Snoqualmie River Rd NE. Search the address 229 W Snoqualmie River Rd NE, Carnation, WA 98014 for directions to the site. Walking east from the parking lot, you will find the event canopies and snack tables with the Snoqualmie Tribe and Trout Unlimited logos.
We will be working on the immediate river buffer, pulling blackberry and other weeds. There is a steep drop off from the work area to the river, and falling into the river is dangerous. Please be extremely mindful of your footing and respect the river’s space. We would love to enjoy the beautiful flow of the river on this summer day without needing to get in the water.
